Horizonte is a free magazine, published in German by Pro Senectute Canton Zug. It is published twice a year, in July and December. It is also available online since 2012.
The first issue dates back to 1994, under the title "55-plus". From 1999 to 2007 it appeared under the title "Älter werden". Horizonte is aimed at the over 55s, to whom it offers useful tips for everyday life, as well as topics related to old age. It also contains useful contacts for advice, support or services, as well as Pro Senectute Canton Zug's comprehensive program of courses.
