The first issue was published in June 1920 under the title Bulletin mensuel de la Chambre de commerce suisse en France. The aim of this bulletin was to inform the members of the Chambre de commerce suisse en France monthly about internal activities. At the same time, members received up-to-date information on general topics. From 1930-1995 the Bulletin was given a new title Revue économique franco-suisse. The number of issues was reduced to six in 1958, then to four per year in 1961. In 1996 the journal appeared under the title Revue économique Suisse en France, but this was reversed in 2001. The last issue was published in 2008 under the title Revue économique franco-suisse.
